Since hanging out at STEIM<\/a> for a week in February at the end of the Icarus<\/a> FFD<\/a> tour<\/a> (developing some new tablet performance interfaces), I’ve developed a penchant for DIY<\/a> and modular synths<\/a>. Not being able to afford a Buchla<\/a> yet, I’ve opted for the next best thing as an addition to my usual set up: the Dirty Electronics Mute Synth<\/a> – expect a storm of 8bit madness wrapped up in some more familiar DSP shredding.<\/p>\n
