Oliver Duckert

Oliver Duckert, generation ’79, grew his musical wings around Århus, Denmark. Recording and producing electronica, hoyō and cyberjazz for more than 15 years and founder and bandleader of the chameleonic group Badun, founded in 2002, and a long time organiser and spokesperson for the electronic avantgarde movement in Denmark.

Since his first release in 2004 they have since been released on Schematic and Non Applicable, as well as collaborated with Icarus and Damo Suzuki. A big fan of the Krautrock movement himself, without whom the scene in Denmark would not have been the same. Most notably arranging the "Elektronisk Jazzjuice" festival, which have hosted many major names, and introduced the city of Århus to experimental avantgarde in all guises and forms.
