‘3 4 01 2012’ or ‘Three for January 2012’

Here’s wishing everyone a very happy 2012 ! To celebrate we’re excited to be able to offer up an invitation to join us for 3 concerts of note in London (in reverse chronological order):

Lothar Ohlmeier, Tom Arthurs, Ollie Bown and Isambard Khroustaliov will be performing their suite for autonomous electronics and improvisors; Long Division at Kings Place on the 30th January.

Icarus will be performing what looks set to be their only UK date this year at Cafe OTO in Dalston on the 20th January to promote their new album ‘Fake Fish Distribution’ (which comes in 1000 unique variations), released on the 6th February.

Finally, January also introduces Leverton Fox, a trio of Alex Bonney, Tim Giles and Isambard Khroustaliov (pictured above (less Khroustaliov)) whose second LP should be appearing on Not Applicable in the Spring. You can catch them supporting Sons of Kemet; a new project from reedsman Shabaka Hutchings, featuring the double drums of Seb Rochford and Tom Skinner with erstwhile Not Applicable collaborator Oren Marshall on tuba.
